MMC’S LEADERSHIP INITIATIVES
As innovations in diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility continue to arise within the quality of work culture, MMC recognizes the importance of staying informed about the latest breakthroughs. This past November, L.A. B2B Publishing hosted their 2nd annual DEIA forum at the Beverly Hilton Hotel. The forum’s topics included the Environmental, Social, & Governance Effect, Leadership & Accountability, and How To Build a Diverse, Equitable & Inclusive Workplace.
With the mission to increase efficiency and reduce risk for clients, we acknowledge that DEIA is essential to developing and maintaining a successful workplace. By including the topic into all processes and tools that are implemented in ongoing training and development, we improve and maximize long-term recruitment.
In addition to our attendance, our CEO, Dr. Mashi Rahmani, was profiled in the event’s supplemental magazine as visionary leader in DEIA initiatives. Our spotlight in this year’s magazine is an appreciable opportunity to showcase how MMC leadership prioritizes a healthy and holistic work environment for management training that works in tandem with the 8, 500 diverse employees we outsource to nationwide.
